Our Program
Our Mind, Body and Soul program nurtures children’s complete wellbeing through a balanced blend of movement, mindfulness and joyful self-expression. Each week, children engage in calming yoga sessions that help them build focus, resilience and emotional awareness, alongside an energising sports program that strengthens their bodies, coordination and confidence. By combining gentle mindfulness practices with active physical play, we support children to develop a healthy sense of self, positive habits, and a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.
The aim is to support healthy physical development, educate, and create inner calm through movement-based classes. Teaching children calming tools to develop self-regulation and reduce anxiety.
Creating calmer homes and classrooms, our classes are therapeutic and inclusive, working with all children in our Riverwalk community.
Founder, Michelle, draws on her wealth of knowledge from working with a wide demographic of women and children.
Michelle’s mission is to inspire all children to be connected to their mind, body, and spirit to live a life of vitality, inner peace, and high self-worth.
Exhale Kids Yoga therapy classes are held on Thursday mornings for children from the Pingin room all the way up to the Buneen room.
